We are looking for someone to join our kitchen team responsible for delivering our breakfast service to hotel guests and our Sunday Carvery.
Shift start time is 7.30am and duties include;
- Cooking a variety of breakfast dishes for hotel guests
- Maintaining our selection of cold breakfast items during the breakfast period (8.30am-10am)
- Stock management/rotation
- Ensuring the strictest of hygiene practices are performed and kitchen area is kept clean to a high standard.
- Ensuring menus and food item orders are completed
- Maintaining associated kitchen paperwork
- Any other ad hoc tasks given by your supervisor
- Preparing food for our Sunday carvery and carving meat during Carvery service.
