We are looking for someone to join our kitchen team responsible for delivering our breakfast service to hotel guests and our Sunday Carvery.

Shift start time is 7.30am and duties include;

  • Cooking a variety of breakfast dishes for hotel guests
  • Maintaining our selection of cold breakfast items during the breakfast period (8.30am-10am)
  • Stock management/rotation
  • Ensuring the strictest of hygiene practices are performed and kitchen area is kept clean to a high standard.
  • Ensuring menus and food item orders are completed
  • Maintaining associated kitchen paperwork
  • Any other ad hoc tasks given by your supervisor
  • Preparing food for our Sunday carvery and carving meat during Carvery service.
