We are looking for someone who would be able to cook a breakfast for a busy hotel in our kitchen. This person must also be willing to serve the breakfast in our restaurant area and keep up with maintaining the selection of hot and cold food items.
Shift Start Time – Between 7-7:30am
Shift Finish Time – Approximately 11am
Duties would include:
- Cooking a variety of breakfast dishes for hotel guests
- Maintaining our selection of hot & cold breakfast items during the breakfast period (7:30am-10am)
- Preparing Toasties on a weekend for bar staff
- Stock management/rotation
- Ensuring the strictest of hygiene practices are performed and kitchen area is kept clean to a high standard.
- Ensuring menus and food item orders are completed
- Maintaining associated kitchen paperwork
- Any other ad hoc tasks given by your supervisor
- Complying with H&S requirements
- Any other ad hoc tasks given by your supervisor
