We are looking for a glass collector to join our bar team. This job will require you to work weekends and late nights.
Responsibilities
- Collect empty glasses from tables
- Clean tables for next customers
- Clean any spillages/broken glass
- Prepare glasses to be washed in glass washer and replenish shelves once washed
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies including stock rotation
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be given to the right candidate
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
- Be available to work weekends, late nights and public holidays
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or above
